How information belongs in the record
This notice explains BETURON LLC's approach to information associated with correspondence, direct part-time interest, and Beturon Record Line. It describes the choices available when you provide details and the limits placed on their use.
Effective date: 2026-09-08
Details you choose to provide
A question may include your name, email, message, preferred part-time task, or availability. SMS choices may concern a mobile number and opt-in, opt-out, or help requests. Provide only what is relevant. Please do not include identity documents, government identification numbers, financial credentials, or unrelated personal records in ordinary correspondence.
The reason for using a detail
When relevant communication services are in use, information may support answering a question, discussing direct part-time work, handling a privacy request, or honoring a messaging choice. We use the context you supply to understand that request. A role inquiry alone does not authorize marketing messages to your mobile number.
A boundary around mobile information
Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with others for their marketing. Necessary delivery, hosting, security, and compliance providers may process limited information solely to support the service and its safeguards.
Limited access for necessary work
Access should follow the task that needs to be completed. A provider assisting with communication, hosting, security, or compliance may receive only the information reasonably needed for that support. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or reasonably necessary to address fraud, protect rights, or respond to a valid legal request.
Keep only a useful record
Retention should reflect the purpose of the interaction, applicable legal obligations, and the need to honor your choices. Once information is no longer needed, it should be deleted or de-identified where appropriate. A limited opt-out record may need to remain so that a request to stop messaging continues to be respected.
Care without an absolute promise
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are appropriate to the information and the services being used. No system or method of communication can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid sending sensitive documents through a general inquiry. If a security concern relates to this company, describe the concern without including passwords or confidential credentials.
Corrections and communication choices
You may ask about access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and any legitimate retention needs. Contact digafe@beturonllc.com with enough context to identify your request. For BTR messages, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help; SMS consent is independent of a role inquiry.
An adult audience and limited browsing data
The site and recruiting program are intended for adults, not children under 18. Do not knowingly provide a child's personal information here. When a hosting service is used, it may process ordinary request information for delivery and security. This notice does not authorize unrelated advertising tracking or collection of sensitive browsing histories.
The current notice and your questions
This notice may change as company practices or services change. Check the effective date on this page when reviewing a later version. Direct questions to digafe@beturonllc.com or BETURON LLC, 28131 150th Pl SE, Kent, WA 98042. A notice update does not itself create a new marketing consent choice.
