TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms govern use of BETURON LLC's website and describe the boundaries of its part-time information and BTR program. Read them with the Privacy Policy and the specific SMS disclosures before making a messaging choice.

These conditions apply to the website, direct part-time information and optional company SMS program.
RECORD 1
The website presents company information, part-time role directions, and ways to consider communication choices. Use each description with its surrounding qualifications. General material may be incomplete or change over time. A page description does not establish an employment agreement, professional advice, or a commitment to provide a particular service.
RECORD 2
The role directions here concern direct part-time work with BETURON LLC, rather than placement by a recruiting agency. A description is not a guarantee that a vacancy is currently available. Any actual duties, hours, compensation, eligibility requirements, and working arrangement must be separately confirmed before a person accepts work.
RECORD 3
Preparing an inquiry or expressing interest does not guarantee a response, interview, offer, or employment. Provide accurate information that you are entitled to share. Do not include unnecessary sensitive documents. A request to discuss work is separate from the express consent required for recurring marketing SMS and cannot substitute for it.
RECORD 4
BTR is the public SMS brand alias operated exclusively by BETURON LLC. Beturon Record Line concerns the company's own direct part-time opportunities and recruiting updates. The stated limit is up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply, and actual delivery depends on the recipient's carrier and device.
RECORD 5
SMS consent is voluntary. It is not a condition of applying for employment, being considered for a role, purchasing anything, or receiving services. Review the consent disclosure and make the separate confirmation only if you agree. BETURON LLC does not use purchased, rented, scraped, affiliate, or third-party marketing lists.
RECORD 6
Reply STOP to opt out of BTR messaging or HELP for help. You may also write to digafe@beturonllc.com with a program question. An opt-out should be honored in the messaging service, with only a necessary confirmation where appropriate. Do not use someone else's mobile number without authority to make its messaging choices.
RECORD 7
Company text, graphics, and other site material may be protected by intellectual property rights. Reading or making a reasonable personal reference does not transfer ownership. Do not copy material for misleading use, impersonate the company, interfere with access, introduce harmful code, or use the site to collect others' personal information unlawfully.
RECORD 8
Access and information are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, BETURON LLC limits liability for losses arising from reliance on general site material or interruptions. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
RECORD 9
